BUILDERS CLEAN SPECIFICATIONS

Bubbly Maids Builders Clean prepares the property for immediate occupation.

Specifications may vary from job to job, dependent upon property or build type. However, the following is a general checklist for the Builders Clean:

Builders Clean - Kitchen

  • All work surfaces washed and polished
  • All cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out
  • Sink taps cleaned and polished
  • Wall tiles cleaned and polished
  • Light fittings cleaned externally
  • Exterior of all electrical appliances – including kettle, toaster and microwave – cleaned
  • Bins cleaned internally and externally
  • Floor washed and scrubbed with anti bacterial solution
  • Inside window cleaned with internal glazing framework washed down

Builders Clean - Bathroom

  • Bathroom door/fittings washed down with anti bacterial solution
  • Bathroom woodwork washed down with anti bacterial solution
  • Pipe work/radiator washed with anti bacterial solution
  • Tiled areas cleaned and polished
  • Bath area cleaned, fittings cleaned and basin cleaned and polished
  • Shower area cubicle fittings cleaned and polished
  • Toilet cleaned and polished
  • Bidet cleaned and polished
  • Floor washed and scrubbed with anti bacterial solution
  • Light fittings cleaned externally
  • Inside window cleaned with internal glazing framework washed down

Builders Clean - Toilet Area

  • Urinals / basins / fountains / surrounding areas cleaned
  • All mirrors, taps and fittings cleaned and polished
  • All tiled areas cleaned and polished
  • All floors scrubbed and washed with anti bacterial solution
  • All pipe work washed with anti bacterial solution
  • All doors, fittings and hinges cleaned and polished
  • All light and socket fittings wiped clean
  • Inside window cleaned with internal glazing framework washed down

Builders Clean - Hall and Stair Areas

  • All carpeted areas vacuumed
  • All hard floors scrubbed and washed
  • All skirting and radiators dusted and damp wiped
  • All window ledges dusted and damp wiped
  • All doors, fittings, hinges cleaned and polished
  • All light and socket fittings wiped clean
  • Staircase treads, risers, balustrades, handrails cleaned
  • Inside window cleaned with internal glazing framework washed down

Builders Clean - Lounge Area

  • All carpeted areas vacuumed
  • All hard floors scrubbed and washed
  • All skirting and radiators dusted and damp wiped
  • All window ledges dusted and damp wiped
  • All doors, fittings, hinges cleaned and polished
  • All light and socket fittings wiped clean
