Our commitment to our customers

  • We will approach every job and task with a “right first time, every time” attitude.
  • We will always be well presented and dressed in the correct branded work wear.
  • We will be friendly, courteous and professional at all times and go out of our way to help customers.
  • Upon first arrival to site we will introduce ourselves to the customer and explain what we will be doing. Before we leave site we will also explain what we have done and what will happen next.
  • We will always escalate customer’s issues if we can’t resolve them our self.
  • We will never block access to properties no matter how long or short a time we plan to be there.
  • We will take responsibility to stop and think about whom my work is going to impact upon and take steps to minimize disruption of any sort. We will approach every job as if it were our home and our family being affected by the work.
  • We will always take ownership of commitments we make to customers.
  • Above all, we want customers to be delighted by the way that we approach each job and to be impressed by the work that we do.
